Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Adam Basinger requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit continuation of a duplex rental at 1106 Chestnut as the new owner of this property on his property which is located at 1106 Chestnut, more particularly described as follows:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 23rd day of October, 2023 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
