Asking for a variance for (1) asking for a rear set back of 5 (2) asking for a front set back of 13' (3) building on a 3200 sq. ft. lot & with a 42% coverage on his property which is located at 205 Mineral Springs and more particularly described as follows: Lot #804 The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 29th day of June, 2009 at 7:00 pm.
