NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Aaron Hood requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit the building of a structure outside the current setbacks and zoning ordinances on his property which is located at 107 Court St., Winona Lake, IN 46590. More particularly described as follows: 006-071-407, lot 45 1st Amended and add PL. The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 29th day of June, 2009 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.
