NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Josh Boren requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit building within 8' of the rear property line to have a total of 45% structure to lot ratio after the addition is complete on his property which is located at 202 5th St., Winona Lake, IN more particularly described as follows: Lot number 53 in the Third Amended and Additional Plot of Winga Park, now the incorporated Town of Winona Lake. The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 30th day of November, 2009 at 8:30 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.
