NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given; the Winona Lake Town Council will receive sealed bids for annual bulk quantities of those items and services listed below, set out in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, IN. Limestone, Asphalt Patching Material, HAC Surface, Asphalt Base, Chip and Seal, and Tack Coat. All bids be properly and completely executed and shall include a non-collusion affidavit, and a certified check or bid bond of five percent (5%) of the bid price made payable to the Town of Winona Lake. A successful bidder will have to comply with anti-discrimination provisions of I.C. 5-16-6-1. Bids shall be received until 12:00 Noon on Monday March 22, 2010, at the Clerk-Treasurer's office at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, IN, to be opened at 12:10 p.m. The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, delete any portions, or waive any informalities in the bidding.
