NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given, the Town Council of Winona Lake, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for a 1995 F250 4wd truck in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana. All bids shall be properly and completely executed. Mailed bids shall be addressed to the attention of the Clerk-Treasurer, P.O. Box 338, Winona Lake, Indiana, 46590, and will be clearly marked "Sealed Bid - Truck". Bids shall be received until September 27, 2010 at noon and will be considered on September 28 at 7:15 a.m. The Town Council of Winona Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to delete any portion thereof, or waive any informality in the bidding.
