NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given; the Winona Lake Town Council will receive sealed bids for the collection and disposal of refuse and recyclable, set out in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana. All bids be properly and completely executed. Mailed bids shall be addressed to the attention of the Clerk-Treasurer, PO Box 338, Winona Lake, IN 46590, and will be clearly marked "Sealed Bid - Refuse". Bids shall be received until Monday, March 22, 2010 at 12:00 Noon and will be considered at 7:15 am on March 23, 2010.
