REQUEST FOR BIDS 2011 ANNUAL REQUEST FOR ASPHALT Notice is hereby given that the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for the annual street repair; asphalt bulk quantities. Specs may be obtained at the Winona lake Town Hall, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake. Bids will be received at the Town Hall until Monday, October 24, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. The bids will be opened at that time and taken under advisement by Town staff. The Winona lake Town Council will make an award on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at their regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00 a.m. The Town Council of Winona Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to delete any portion thereof, or waive any informality in the bidding.
