NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Winona Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said municipal corporation at their regular meeting place at 5:00 p.m. on the 29th day of December, 2014, that will consider the following additional appropriations. TIF $185,269.31 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners, which board, upon receipt, will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation made within 15 days of receipt of a certified copy of action taken.
