LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF WINONA LAKE ADA TRANSITION PLAN IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT The Town of Winona Lake has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-of-Way. As part of its Public Participation Process, the Town of Winona Lake will offer time for Public Comment during the December 27, 2012 Town Council Meeting. During this meeting, the Transition Plan will be presented. Written comments will be accepted through January 18, 2013 until 4:00 p.m. Portions of the Transition Plan will be located on the Town of Winona Lake’s website at www.winonalake.net and are provided to the Winona Lake Town Hall at 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, IN 46590 by December 31, 2012.
