NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED
REAL ESTATE OF ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the
Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.
43D03-1712-MF-000125 wherein Lana M. Wilson was Plaintiff, and Juan
A. Perales and Jeffrey J. Perales, National Collegiate Student Loan Trust,
and Snow & Sauerteig LLP were Defendants, requiring me to make the
sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose
at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of August, 2018, at
the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W.
Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real
Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A tract of land in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34,
Township 32 North, Range 7 East, more particularly described as fol -
lows: Beginning 21 rods South of the Northeast corner of the West Half
of the Northwest Quarter of said Section aforesaid, and running thence
South 90 feet for the true place of beginning; thence South 80 feet;
thence West 20 rods; thence North 80 feet; thence East 20 rods to the
true place of beginning.
Also beginning 31 rods and 5 feet South of the Northeast corner of the
West Half of said Northwest Quarter running thence West 330 feet
along the South line of the real estate above described; thence South
77 1/2 feet; thence North 77 1/2 feet to the place of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will
be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
