NORTH MANCHESTER - Wilma J. Parmerlee, 94, North Manchester, died Nov. 22, 2021, at Peabody Retirement Community. Born June 8, 1927 in Flora, she was the daughter of Marion T. and Elva Wagoner Kinzie.
Wilma married William H. Parmerlee; he died June 2, 1996.
Services for Wilma will be held at a later date.
