Willodean EplerWillodean Epler, 87, of Claypool, Ind., passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019, at 1:36 a.m. in Warsaw, Ind.
She was born on May 20, 1932, to Benjamin and Mary Baugher Hively in Pierceton, Ind. She was united in marriage on June 20, 1948, to Emmitt “Jack” Epler in Peru, Ind.
Willodean was a resident of Kosciusko County for most of her life.
She is survived by daughters Diana Hughes of Claypool, Jackie Sainer of Silver Lake, Ind.; grandchildren, Carl Hughes of Silver Lake, Steven (Tina) Hughes of Claypool, Ryan Schumacher of Claypool, Jennifer Greenwood of Warsaw and Holly Gilliam of Silver Lake. In addition, she is survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, Emmit Epler; daughter, Linda Whetstone; son, Charles Epler; five brothers and five sisters.
A graveside service for Willodean will be on Wednesday, June 26 at 11 a.m. in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton, with Pastor Bob Jarboe officiating.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is entrusted with arrangements.
