The United States Achievement Academy announced Keandra Williams, Claypool, was recognized for academic achievement as a United States National Honor Student Award winner.

Williams, who is a senior at Tippecanoe Valley High School, will appear in the United States Achievement Academy’s Official Yearbook, which is published nationally.

“Recognizing and supporting our youth is more important than ever before in America’s history. Certain United States Achievement Academy winners should be congratulated and appreciated for their dedication to excellence and achievement, said Dr. George Stevens, founder of the United States Achievement Academy.

The USAA National Honor Student Awards provide honor students with many benefits and services.

The USAA also announced Williams was named an All-American Scholar.

The All-American Scholar Award Program was established to offer recognition to students who excel in the academic disciplines. The All-American Scholars must earn a 3.3 or higher grade point average. Only scholars selected by a school instructor, counselor or other qualified sponsor are accepted.

Keandra Williams is the niece of Kit and Vickie Harvey, Claypool, and her grandparents are Jeannie Arone, Claypool, and the late Dean Amstutz, Bluffton, Ohio.
