William Raymond McCool, 70, died June 6, 2007, at Sanctuary Hospice Home, Tupelo, Miss.
He was born Sept. 28, 1936, in West Point, Miss., to William Merideth and Lottie Jones McCool. On Aug. 25, 1957, he married Katherine Ann Sensibaugh, who died May 1, 2002.
He retired from Dalton Foundries after working there for more than 40 years. He lived most of his life in Warsaw. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Surviving are two sons, William R. McCool Jr., Columbus, Miss., and David E. McCool, Winona Lake; a daughter, Diane Farmer, Winona Lake; three grandsons; three great-grandsons; and two sisters, Minnalou Duke, West Point, Miss., and Pearl "Bee" Macklamore, Jackson, Miss. He was preceded in death by five sisters and three brothers.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastor John B. Lowe officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
Calling is from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
