SYRACUSE – William R. “Bill” Graff, 77, Syracuse, died Nov. 25, 2013, at his residence. He was born Dec. 31, 1935, in Goshen to George and Ida Rassi Graff. On July 4, 1982, he married Gladys Myers, who survives. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse, with Pastor Brad Cox officiating. Burial with military honors is at the Milford cemetery. ***** Memorials to I.U.
