ROCHESTER – William M. Livingston, 72, Rochester, died at 9:38 a.m. Jan. 14, 2016, in Visiting Nurse Hospice, Fort Wayne. He was born Jan. 31, 1943, in Hackensack, N.J., to William Murray and Trina Radyke Livingston. On Oct. 23, 2013, in Rochester, he married Carla “Kay” Murphy Small, who survives. He served with the United States Air Force from Feb. 28, 1962, to Jan. 27, 1966. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor Jerry Pitman officiating. Military honors will be accorded by the United States Air Force Honors Team and the Fulton County Honor Guard.
