William D. Roberts, 52, of 110 Apt. G, Claypool, died at 9:03 p.m. July 7, 2008, in his residence. He was born Feb. 16, 1956, in Erwin, Tenn., to Fred and Norma Broyles Roberts.
Recently moving to this area from Tennessee, he was a metal polisher at Helser Metal Polishing.
Surviving are four sons, William and Michael Roberts and Jason and Josh Gonzalez; a daughter, Jessica Roberts; two sisters, Judy Meadows and Brenda Prater; and two brothers, Bobby and Tommy Roberts. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cooks Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Chad Burkhart officiating and with military graveside honors.
No calling is planned.
