William D. Johnson Jr., 41, of Warsaw, died Feb. 22, 2009, in his residence.
He was born Nov. 16, 1967, in Wabash, to William D. Sr. and Cheryl Flohr Johnson.
He was a lifetime Warsaw and Silver Lake resident.
Surviving are his mother, Cheryl Terry, Silver Lake; a daughter, Michele Johnson, Warsaw; three sisters: Stacey Miller, Warsaw; Jody Miller, Silver Lake' and Crystal Terry, Wabash; and his former wife, Barbara Johnson, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his father, William D. Johnson Sr., who died in October 1970; his stepfather, Tommy Steven Miller, who died Nov. 11, 1982; and grandparents.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester, officiated by Pastor Russ Simpson of Lakeland Conservative Grace Brethren, Warsaw.
Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
