NORTH MANCHESTER – William C. “Bill” Ring, 55, Warsaw, died at 2:22 p.m. Dec. 31, 2013, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born Dec. 9, 1958, in Kalamazoo, Mich., to William Jack and Betty Holmes Ring. On Nov. 28, 1982, he married Angela R. Shearrer, who survives. He was a 1977 graduate of Wabash High School. He was a millwright and electrician, having worked 10 years at Gulf Stream in Nappanee. He worked at Parkview-Whitley Hospital, Columbia City, for 10 years; Owens Corning at Nappanee; and currently was working at NIBSCO, Goshen. Also surviving are a son, Aaron W. Ring, Warsaw; a daughter, Linsey N. Ring, Pierceton; three grandchildren: Gage W. Ring, Warsaw; Riley S. Parker and Bailey R. Parker, both of Pierceton; his mother, Betty Ring, Wabash; and three sisters: Margie (and spouse Steve) White and Jenny (and spouse Jim) Thomas, both of Wabash; Becky Nisbet, Warsaw; and Mary Ring, Logansport; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jackie Martin. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at McKee Mortuary, 1401 Ind. 114W, North Manchester, with Pastor Ed French officiating.
