Although he lived in Chattanooga since 1997, Bill was a longtime resident of Tippecanoe Lake, serving as president of the Property Association and working at Dalton Foundries.
Also surviving are his son, Ed Starner; his daughter, Amy (and spouse Tim) Goon; a stepdaughter, Amy (and spouse Mark) Seitz; a stepson, Joel (and spouse Julie) Bales; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister.
A memorial service will be held later this month in Indiana.
