FORT WAYNE — William “Bill” P. Ryan, 58, Fort Wayne, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017, after a short illness.
He was born Sept. 6, 1959, in Fort Wayne, to the late John H. Ryan Sr. and Ruth M. Ryan.
Bill worked at Alliance Tool Equipment, Fort Wayne, for 23 years. He was a graduate of Northrop High School class of 1977.
Bill is survived by two brothers, John H. Ryan Jr. (Kim) and P. Brad Ryan (Amanda Cross); one niece, Josie Ryan (David Belcher); nephews: John H. Ryan III (Lara), Nathan Pressler, Christopher P. Ryan (Emalee Whitaker) and Jeffrey W. Ryan; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayden Pressler, Hannah Pressler, Isiah McCoy, Payton Ryan and Ben Belcher. He is also survived by the Circle B Campground Family.
Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Sue Ryan.
He was a Greenbay Packers and Purdue fan. He enjoyed camping and spending time with his friends at the campground. Bill also enjoyed playing darts and barbecuing.
The funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, at D.O. McComb and Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Ave., Fort Wayne. Visitation will be one hour prior.
