HUNTINGTON – William A. “Bill” Clay, 73, Huntington, formerly of Warsaw and North Webster, died at 10:15 p.m. Jan. 23, 2016, at his home. He was born Oct. 9, 1942, in Warsaw, to Cloice and Cleo Parker Clay. On Feb. 16, 1974, in North Webster, he married Paula G. Hardin, who survives in Huntington.
