ROCHESTER – Whitko’s 81 points easily outdistanced Rochester (49) and John Glenn (36) in a three-way boys track meet Thursday. “Although many of our kids did well tonight, our throwers were dominant as they swept the discus and went first, second and fourth in the shot put,” said head coach Ron Cherry. “Kudos to Walker Hobbs, Gavin Howard, Conner Sherwin and Matt Smith.” The Wildcats’ Alex Morales and Brady Weeks went 1-2 in the 110 hurdles, as did Brady Weeks and Shad Ebbinghouse in the 300 hurdles. Garrett Elder won the 100 and Alex Wilson the 200. The 4x100 relay team won in 44.7 seconds. Whitko is now off until the Goshen Relays on April 23.
