PC Operating, Inc. of 8 Matchett Drive, Pierceton, Indiana 46562, for the facility located at 305 North Main Street, Mentone, Indiana 46580 is submitting a Notice of Intent to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our in intent to comply with the requirements under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit ING080000 to discharge non-process wastewater from a ground water petroleum remediation system. Discharge will be to a Town of Mentone storm sewer that empties into Yellow Creek.
