Mr. and Mrs. Marvia Wilcox, North Manchester, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a family gathering and meal at Amish Acres, Nappanee.
Marvia Wilcox and Norma Hoover were married April 6, 1947, in Silver Creek Christian Church, with the Rev. John Phelps officiating.
He is a retired farmer, and she is still an active homemaker and retired Sunday school teacher.
The Wilcoxes are the parents of five children: Jane (and Duane) Zentz, Bourbon; Mark (and Judy) Wilcox, Silver Lake; Rodney (and Jill) Wilcox, North Manchester; Scott (and Kim) Wilcox, Urbana; and the late Karen. They have 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
