Pictured (L to R) are Warsaw Mayor Ernie Wiggins and Mayor-elect Joe Thallemer at a reception at Center Lake Pavilion Wednesday night to honor Wiggins.
Wiggins has served as the city’s mayor since March 1, 1997. His duties end Dec. 31.
Many city and county officials turned out for the reception to wish Wiggins farewell and welcome Thallemer.
