Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Editor, Times-Union:
I’m voting for Don Wiesehan because he’s a genuine, down‑to‑earth guy who truly wants better for Kosciusko County. He brings a fresh mind and fresh ideas to the table, and that’s exactly what this position needs.
I’ve known Don since I was just a pup reserve deputy who didn’t know much of anything about law enforcement. When I was hired into the jail and he later became jail commander, he always shot me straight. He carried himself with the kind of authority you don’t fear but naturally respect. I always wanted to make him proud.
When Don moved to road lieutenant, he’s the one who gave me my shot as a merit deputy. He’s had my back for years, and I know he’ll have the back of the county he was born and raised in.
That’s why I’m casting my vote for him.
