NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE BETWEEN WHITKO COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION AND WHITKO MIDDLE SCHOOL BLDG. CORP.
Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees (the "Board") of Whitko Community School Corporation (the "School Corporation"), a Lease Agreement (the "Lease") between the School Corporation and Whitko Middle School Bldg. Corp. (the "Building Corporation") was executed and entered into on July 16, 2018. The Lease covers the site of a portion of the existing Whitko Middle School building to be renovated, and the real estate upon which additions will be constructed in Larwill, Indiana. A copy of the Lease is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, 710 North State Road 5, Larwill, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
