NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Whitko Community School Corporation will receive bids for classroom and office furniture. Bids will be accepted at the Whitko Administration Office, 432 S. First Street, State Road 13, Pierceton, Indiana 46562 at 1:00 p. . on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bid documents are available at the Whitko Community Schools Administration Offices and can be picked up during normal business hours. Documents are also available in electronic format and may be downloaded from the Whitko Community Schools website, www.whitko.org under the "Furniture Bid" link. Bids will be opened at the Administrative building at the time and date set forth above. Bids must be submitted as specified in the instruction to bidders. A 5% bid bond must be included. The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality.
