SOUTH WHITLEY – Whitko High School released information for the 2012-13 academic year.
Ninth-grade and new student orientation is Aug. 13 at 6 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The school “strongly recommends” students attend.
Students will receive their finalized class schedules and information packets. Students and their parents may tour the building, check out lockers, etc. Powerschool information (address, phone numbers, emergency contacts) will need to be updated at this time.
A “Back to School” event for Grades 10, 11 and 12 will be at 7 p.m. Aug. 13 in the high school auditorium. Students will receive their finalized class schedules and information packets.
WHS guidance counselors will be available to make class schedule adjustments Monday through Aug. 10, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Students should not plan to make changes during orientation. New students to the corporation should enroll during this time period but need to call for an appointment.
Students with last names beginning with A-M should meet with Ms. LePage for schedule adjustments. Student with last names beginning with N-Z should meet with Mr. Rickerd for schedule adjustments.
