SOUTH WHITLEY - Athletic physicals for the 2009-10 school year for Whitko students have been scheduled.
The physicals will be offered at Whitko Middle School, May 6, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the gymnasium; and at Whitko High School, June 3, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the gymnasium.Cost of physicals will be $15. Physical forms are available in office areas as well as athletic offices at both schools. Students may get their physical at either location.
The physical forms need to be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian before a physical can be completed.
