With full-day kindergraten being offered by Whitko schools, Superintendenet Steve Clason encouraged parents in the district to enroll their children for kindergarten on time.
Clason said Monday night during the Whitko School Board meeting that with the commitment to keep the teacher to student ratio at 20 to 1, its important to have a good grasp on how many children may be enrolled.
“If we have a bubble classroom, where it may swing to another class and we have to hire another teacher, we’d like to be prepared for that,” said Clason.
