NOTICE OF HEARING Pursuant to Indiana Code 20-26-7-37 and Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-3.5, notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of Whitko Community School Corporation (see "School Corporation") will meet at the School Corporation's Administration Office, 423 South First Street, Pierceton, Indian, on June 17, 2013, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. to hold a hearing to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the proposed construction of a new Pierceton Elementary School, and the renovation, addition and improvements to South Whitley Elementary School, including site improvements at both schools (the "Project") and to consider adoption of a resolution making a preliminary determination to enter into a lease of the Project.
