NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE BETWEEN WHITKO COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION AND WHITKO HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING CORPORATION Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees of Whitko Community School Corporation (the "School Corporation"), a Lease Agreement (the "Lease") between the School Corporation and Whitko High School Building Corporation was executed and entered into on November 18, 2013. The Lease covers the site of the proposed renovation of and improvements to South Whitley Elementary School, including site improvements thereon, in Pierceton, Indiana. A copy of such Lease is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, 432 South First Street, Pierceton, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
