I would like to say what an excellent article ran on the front page of Wednesday's paper (Aug. 5, 2009). The story on "Right To Life" and the white crosses being placed on the playing field at Sacred Heart Elementary School and Church.
Thank you to Bill Landrigan for taking the time to make these crosses, for our public awareness.
With each cross representing four Kosciusko County babies lost to abortion since 1982, there are 504 crosses there. That's 2,016 babies that were aborted instead of their mom's choosing life for them. Not to mention, the emotional and physical problems some of these mom's will experience after making the decision to have an abortion.
Our hope is when people see these crosses, they will remember what they symbolize and will choose life.
Let's stop abortions. Together we can make a difference.
