Whispering Pines

I am writing this letter in regards to the poor conditions of Whispering Pines Trailer Park. I am not a resident of the park, but am related to a person who resides in the park. I probably visit my relative once a week, if not more often.

First, the pot holes are totally unbearable and never filled correctly. In addition, only single families are to live in a trailer. As one travels through the park, you can tell several trailers have more than the allowed capacity. There are a lot of automobiles that are not operable that make the park look more junky if that is possible. I can't even begin with all the yards that need mowed and are not taken care of. When a lot becomes available, the park moves in trailers that are so old and nasty they don't even look fit for one to live and they actually rent them out. Lot rent keeps going up and maintenance is never done on anything.

My relative has had to replace the heating element in the water heater twice because the park has so many water problems, whom does not notify the residents to shut the water off when doing repairs. My relative is actually buying the trailer in which they reside and just pay lot rent, but one would think with all the money the park is bringing in, they could maintain it better.
