West Hill Development LLC, 445 E. 200 N. Warsaw, IN 46580 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project:
Warsaw Technology Park Phase-II located on the East side of Co.Rd. 200 West between Lake City Highway (US #30) and Co.Rd. 300 North. Run-off from the project site is tributary to the Tippecanoe River. Questions or comments should be directed to Dan Robinson at the above mentioned address.
