West Hill Development LLC, 445 E. 200 N. Warsaw, IN 46580 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project:
Lot-1 in West Hill 3rd Replat located on the North side of Polk Drive East between Lake City Highway (US #30) and Co.Rd. 300 North. Run-off from the project site is tributary to the Tippecanoe River. Questions or comments should be directed to Dan Robinson at the above mentioned address.
