Warsaw, IN 46580 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lot #1, Lot #2 & Lot #3 in West Hill Replat, also Lot #5 in West Hill Phase-I, also Lot #6 in West Hill Phase-II, located on the North side of Polk Drive East of Silveus Crossing.
