Mark and Laura Weller, Silver Lake, announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Weller, Silver Lake, to Luke Hopper, Huntington. He is the son of Ken and Margi Hopper, Huntington.
The bride-to-be is a teacher at Warsaw Community High School. She graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School, Akron, in 2001, and earned a bachelor's degree in social studies education from Huntington University in 2005.
The groom-elect is a freelance photographer and is in the Indiana Air National Guard, Fort Wayne. He is a 2001 Huntington North High School graduate and earned a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Huntington University in 2006. He is has been in the Indiana Air National Guard's 122nd Fighter Wing since 2001.
