I was watching a news conference on C-Span by the Democrat leadership with around 30 of their fellow senators present. They were trying to promote Obamacare. Absent and hiding out was our very own Senator Evan Bayh. Why Senator? It is because you have to face the Indiana voters again next year and you know we don't want you to vote for another socialist government takeover of our lives? Is it because you know this bill is smoke and mirrors health care legislation and yet another trillion dollar cruel hoax on Hoosiers? What were you promised as a payoff for your vote? We know that nothing happens in Washington D.C. until somebody gets paid. One senator has stated that this legislation is a train wreck of historic proportions.
According to Alex Jones on infowars.com, this bill was actually written by the insurance companies who will be the real beneficiaries of this health care reform. It's now at least 2,500 pages that nobody has read and one congressman said it would take two lawyers to explain it to him anyway.
We now know that our politicians don't listen to we citizens anymore who write letters to them. They only listen to multi-national corporations who write checks to them. Senator Bayh already has $12 million to finance his campaign next year. I hope we'll remember his vote on Christmas Eve when we vote for senator next November.
