North Webster Chamber of Commerce honored its "Person of the Year" last night during a dinner meeting at Quaker Haven Camp. Pictured (L to R) are chamber president Chris Sands; Person of the Year Bill Metcalfe; Metcalfe's wife, Lunetta; and chamber board member Kay Andrews. Metcalfe, 78, a member of the volunteer fire department since 1935, also is a 50-year member of the American Legion. He is a member of the Lions Club, joining in 1946, and has served on the Tippecanoe Advisory Board since 1958. He is part owner of Metcalfe-Payne & Bell Plumbing and Heating.
