NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES TO CONDUCT A RECREATIONAL EVENT ON PUBLIC WATERS You are notified that Webster Lake Conservation Ass'n. whose address is PO Box 79, North Webster, IN 46555 has applied to the Division of Law Enforcement of the Department of Natural Resources, under IC 14-15-7-3 and 310 IAC 2.1-3, for a permit to conduct a recreational event on Webster Lake. The recreational event requested in the application is a fireworks display and would be conducted on July 2, 2011, 10:00 pm with a rain date of July 9, 2011 - same time at Klines Island, Webster Lake. An interested person may do either or both of the following: (A) File a petition with the Central Office of the division requesting an informal hearing that is signed by at least twenty-five (25) individuals who are at least 18 years old and who reside in Kosciusko County. A hearing under this clause is governed by 310 IAC 0.6-3. (B) Request the division to notify the person in writing when an initial determination is made to issue or deny the permit. Following the receipt of notice under this clause, the person may request administrative review by the commission, under IC 4-21.5 and 310 IAC 0.6-1 of the initial determination.
