Friends, patrons and supporters of the North Webster Community Center gathered Thursday to discuss and plan the center’s annual fundraiser, raffle and auction. This year’s event is planned Oct. 3 and will feature a chance to win a pontoon provided by Main Channel Marina, a Ford Focus provided by The Car Company, a Polaris Ranger provided by Loose Moose Motor Sports and $10,000 in cash. In addition to the major prizes, a silent auction for dozens more items and a dinner is planned. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at Lance’s New Market, North Webster American Legion, Sue’s Creations, Golden Mermaid, Sleepy Owl, Ace Hardware, Loose Moose, Ye Olde Pub, and at the center. All proceeds go toward center programs and operating expenses.
