A weather spotter training course will be Feb. 27 in Warsaw. The session, conducted via Internet conference, will teach school-aged children what weather does and how to recognize what it’s going to do, according to Ed Rock, Kosciusko County Emergency Management director. Rock recommended the course for students ages 12 and up, but said the National Weather Service has developed it for any age group. The course is Feb. 27 at 6:30 p.m. in the county Justice Building Multi-Purpose Room, 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw.
