Warsaw Community Schools announced textbook rental fees for the 2014-15 school year. Registration is set to take place in individual buildings July 30 from 1 to 5 p.m., July 31 from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to a press release from WCS. The school corporation is asking parents/guardians to come prepared to pay textbook rental fees in the full amount for elementary students. For secondary students, WCS requests a $75 deposit. If there are questions or concerns regarding payment of textbook rental fees, contact your individual building(s). Book rental fees are: Kindergarten: benchmark, $47.70; social studies, $7.55; math, $44.75; science, $15; health and wellness, $8.90; art, music, physical education, media center, $15.35; total $139.25.
