WCS Announces Parent-Teacher Conferences, Fall Break Details

Warsaw Community Schools will hold parent-teacher conferences according to the following schedule:
Elementary School Schedule
• Oct. 23, grades K-6, parent-teacher conferences will be 4 to 8 p.m.
• Oct. 24, grades K-6, parent-teacher conferences will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Students dismissed.
Middle School Schedule
Edgewood and Lakeview Middle Schools will continue to hold conferences in the fall prior to fall break and an additional day of conferences during the spring semester. This additional day will give parents and teachers a time to meet in the spring to continue discussion around student achievement.
The dates and times for parent-teacher conferences for both middle schools are:
• Oct. 23, 3 to 7 p.m.
• Oct. 24, 8:40 a.m. to 4 p.m. Students dismissed. Staff will have a lunch break.
• Feb. 21, 3 to 7 p.m.
High School Schedule
• Oct. 24, 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. Students dismissed.
WCHS teachers will be located in the Tiger Den and arranged alphabetically.
• WACC teachers will be in the Career Center gym and arranged alphabetically.
Gateway Educational Center
• Oct. 23, 3:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Oct. 24, 12:30 to 8 p.m.
Fall break is scheduled Oct. 25-26. School will be dismissed for all students and all school buildings will be closed. Students will be dismissed Oct. 24 for parent-teacher conferences.
All parents are encouraged to attend their student’s parent-teachers conferences.
