Warsaw Community Public Library is hosting an educational program about Consumer Borrowing. This program will be Monday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. James Tague from Lake City Bank will be at the library to talk about the Credit Bureau, credit ratings, consumer loans and how to qualify for them.
