Posted
Warsaw Community Public Library will celebrate the release of “The Hunger Games” movie with programs for teens, including the chance to win two tickets to the movie this month.

On March 26, teens are invited to attend a cake-decorating program where they will learn a few tips and tricks from local cake-decorating hobbiest Ann Lindquist.

This program is for ages 11-18, and will be in Room AB. Call in or go online to register.

Teens also are challenged to create a photo depicting one of the themes from “The Hunger Games”: human rights, democracy versus totalitarianism, freedom of speech, social responsibility or moral responsibility.

Teens can edit their original picture however they choose adding words and more.

Photo entries are due in a manila envelope by March 17 at 4:30 p.m.

Teens, ages 12-18 may enter. The prize is two tickets to “The Hunger Games” movie, and second and third place will receive a “Hunger Games” poster.

Pick up an entry form at the Warsaw Library.
